Based in Burscough, West Lancashire, Heavenly Pastures offers a compassionate and personal service for you and your beloved pet. You are welcome to bring your pet to our peaceful Chapel of Rest, or if you prefer, we can provide a collection service from your home or veterinary practice across the Lancashire, Cheshire, and Merseyside areas.

When you choose our collection service, we will personally return your pet’s ashes to you with the utmost care and respect.

Bringing Your Pet To Us

We understand how important it is to have the time and privacy you need when saying goodbye.
To ensure we can care for you and your pet with the attention you both deserve, we kindly ask that you call ahead to arrange an appointment whenever possible.

We also offer same-day and urgent appointments. If you need to visit us at short notice, please call us on the day, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you promptly and with compassion.

Collection & Return Service

At Heavenly Pastures, we understand how difficult it can be to say goodbye to your beloved friend and companion. 

Our collection and return service is designed to make this time as gentle and stress-free as possible.

We can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice and will personally return their ashes to you once the cremation is complete.

(Prices include both collection and return)

Travel Time from Your Location to Heavenly Pastures, Burscough:

  • 0–10 minutes: £20

  • 11–20 minutes: £30

  • 21–30 minutes: £40

  • 31–40 minutes: £50

  • 41–50 minutes: £60

  • 51–60 minutes: £70

Standard Service Hours
Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:00 (Subject to availability)

Out-of-Hours Service
An additional £70 applies for collections or visits outside of these hours.
