It means that your faithful companion’s death is dealt with in a humane and sensitive way, in accordance with your wishes. Heavenly Pastures can collect your pet if needed, within a few hours in the Cheshire, Merseyside or Lancashire area. We offer a respectful, sympathetic and compassionate service.

Notification of your pet’s death

Within 30 days of your loss, you should inform your veterinary practice, dental practice, and physiotherapist in order to prevent appointment reminders in the future.

Cremation Options

Along with your wishes, we can offer you a cost-effective cremation or an individual cremation with your pet’s ashes being returned to you. The choice is yours, and we are able to take a respectful approach to meet your circumstances, personal preference and budget. If you choose an individual cremation, we will return your companion’s ashes to you in a scatter tube or you can choose to upgrade to a beautiful oak casket with a brass nameplate engraved with their name. Whatever you choose, we will handle your pet with the utmost professionalism and respect.

					We had our beautiful cavalier cremated with heavenly pastures and I must say they provide the best service they collected her from the house put her in a doggy bed 🙈 and she was back within our care in 3 days super fast and super caring throughout would highly recommend

					Lost our Izzy on 01.04.24. Got in touch with Heavenly Pastures on the 2nd April.  They were very courteous on the phone and explained the services that they offered and picked her up the same day, with a follow up email to say she was being looked after.  2 days later had a call to say she was ready to come home. Brought her back in a beautiful casket with a plaque. And her paw prints.  Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Had her from 6 weeks old and she nearly made it to her 15th birthday ❣️

					I have had the pleasure of using heavenly pastures at a very distressing time, from the moment I picked up the phone to speak to somebody about a cremation for my brothers very much loved rabbit Florence they where excellent, very courteous, caring and professional. I spoke to Lucy who ran through everything with me and organised pick up in which I got a phone call from the lovely driver to tell me when he would arrive and who was also very professional and caring, he even washed the blanket that Flo was wrapped up in and brought it back. I decided on A lovely casket with wording and Lucy always updated me about the care of Flo and when she would be back home with us. I will definitely be recommending the services of heavenly pastures in the future to other people that are unsure what to do when it’s time for their beloved furry family to go over the rainbow. Once again a massive thank you from myself and my brother we couldn’t have asked for more from Lucy, driver and rest of the heavenly pastures team at such a sad time.

					I found all the people I spoke with, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I used heavenly pastures on behalf of a dear friend going through a difficult time financially and emotionally.  Heavenly pastures gave a second to none service with excellent updates throughout the collection, cremation and bringing my friends beloved girl back home.
