If you’ve recently lost your beloved pet and require our pet cremation services, get in touch with our team to discuss your options. During this time, keep your pet in a cool and quiet place while you decide your next steps.

We’re reachable around the clock, with out-of-hours services available upon request, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to arrange a collection.

There’s no need to rush – you can take all the time you need. We operate by appointment and can often arrange a collection within an hour.

We’ll travel to your home or veterinary practice to collect your loved animal to keep your experience as stress- and hassle-free as possible. If preferred, you can also bring your pet to us after making an appointment.

If you’d like to, you can take some time to say goodbye in our Burscough chapel. Any belongings, such as a bed, blanket, or toy, can come with your pet, too. Afterwards, we can return them, respectfully dispose of them, or donate them to a local charity depending on your preferences.

You can choose between an individual cremation, where you’ll receive your pet’s ashes or a communal cremation, depending on your needs.

During this process, you can rest assured that your pet is treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

With an individual cremation, your pet will be cremated on their own, and their ashes are returned only to you. We also offer communal cremations where pets are cremated together, and their ashes are not returned. We can also take paw prints, nose prints, and fur clippings.

Please note, owners cannot be present for the cremation itself.

We’ll return your pet’s ashes, with optional keepsakes, like nose and paw prints, fur clippings, and engravings, too, for an extra special sentimental gesture. We aim to have the process completed within 72 hours to help you with your grieving process as much as possible.
