Where you have chosen the individual service, ashes come back within a week or two rather than months, and they are brought to you in person rather than posted. What they come home in is a genuine choice with a genuine cost attached, from a simple scatter tube through to a wooden casket with a nameplate, and nobody here will steer you toward the expensive end.

From the moment your animal is in our keeping they carry an identification that stays physically alongside them through every part of the process. This is the thing families worry about most and ask about least, so we would rather set it out plainly than leave you wondering.
