Where possible, we aim to reunite families with their pets within 72 hours, or even the same day, so you can begin the healing process without unnecessary delay. We know how important it is to have your companion close again, and we do everything we can to make that happen with dignity and care.

If you have chosen our Delivery Service, please be aware that your reunion may take a little longer. Our delivery days vary, and while we will always do our best, we cannot guarantee exact timeslots. Even so, your pet will always be looked after with the same compassion, respect, and attention throughout the entire process.
