Our beloved Keith passed away on the first day of 2026. It is a very hard time when you lose a pet - the house feels so sad and quiet. However, Keith lived to be 16 years of age and was a happy, independent Yorkie. He was born in Canada and moved to Southport with his brother Hamish and sister Bella for the latter part of their lives....well travelled dogs. Now Keith is with them in doggy heaven. We are so grateful to Heavenly Pastures, especially Oliver, who was so helpful and understanding.

We are heartbroken that our lovely Bess has passed at just 10 years old. She struggled with an aggressive cancer, which eventually was too much for her. Bess came to live with us in 2017 after being rescued by the RSPCA. She featured on The Dog Rescuers, which is how we came to know her story. After an initial nervous start, she had a fabulous life and was loved by many, especially on the allotments. Thank you so much for helping us with Bess, for your kindness and understanding.

Bruce was our beautiful boy for 14 years and he was loved so much. Our grandchildren loved to climb all over him and he let them because he was such a gentle boy and so very loyal. His favourite thing to do was to chase his best buddy Rudey the cat all over the house and then they'd lie down for a little nap together and he loved his toy monkey 'Minkey' it was the only toy he didnt chew the squeak out of. We will miss him terribly and our hearts are broken.Love you always, RUN FREE BOY. 💔🐶🌈

In memory of our Beloved Parrot " Nico " much loved and missed , he was a character loved people and little dogs , he was 11 years old taken from us way to soon . your wings were ready Nicky our hearts were not. you will be with Mum who loved you so much ,when she left us you were so sad you were her baby , I took over for a while now your reunited , missed by us all you left your little foot prints in our heart . we will never know a another M&M loving Nico the parrot. Our baby girl took her last breath on 17th Feb and was back at home by the 18th..so missed by all her humans but most of all her son Guinness.. wait for us at the bridge our little piggy. Love u xxx

Heavenly Pastures were so great yet again. Thank you to Oliver for driving here to pick up Fluffy our sweet feral rescue cat. She was terrified of humans for years but she eventually found her home here with our other rescue cats, Fluffy was the most beautiful cat I ever met and seeing her lying on her back in the sun totally at ease helps fill the void of our loss. Thank you again to everyone at Heavenly Pastures.

My beautiful girl twiggy sadly passed away on Sunday at only 10 years old. It was a shock and I am absolutely devastated. Heavily pastures made the process of collecting twiggy, cremating her and getting her back to me so simple. Lucy and oliver were so supportive and reassured me every step of the way. I now have my girl back with me and can gain some comfort from that. A picture of twiggy, she was the most beautiful loving and playful horse. I will miss and love her forever <3

I rescued Ginny who was part of a feral group of cats about 8 years ago. She was the first one to come into our garden, her 3 pals soon followed! Sadly Ginny died July 2025. Heavenly Pastures are amazing, Oliver drove to my home and collected Ginny and reassured me she would be looked after. He then returned with her just 2 days later. He took an interest in her and my other cats, and even shared photos of the cats he has with his girlfriend. Wonderful company, the best I have ever dealt with.

Yesterday we had to make the painful decision to let this little lady go. Lexie-Lou has been part of our family for 17 and 1/2 years and she has never been, ‘just a dog’ this beautiful lady has been part of our family and has been amazing all round and our sons who are now 15 and 13 yrs old best friend! For now we will keep you in our hearts and memories. RIP our little blue eyed sweet lady ❤️💕❤️🐾 Thank you so much to heavenly pastures for your quick, well organised and heartfelt help.

Sadly lost our little Frankie, just 5 months old 💔 Couldn’t have asked for better from Heavenly Pastures, so empathetic and moved by Frankie’s passing. We had his ashes and hair back within 2 days which was so special whilst grieving his loss so suddenly. Special thanks to Oliver for all his help. Frankies littermate Bobby now wears his ashes on his collar so he will live on and visit all the places he never got to see. We love you Frankie ❤️

Our cat Biscuit was part of our family and the neighbourhood for 16 years. He was a free spirit who lived his best life, going out when he wanted, coming in when he wanted and roaming the woods and fields around where we live. He was the “Top Cat” of our cul-de-sac. He visited many of the neighbours, sleeping in their homes and gardens and had many names, “Gingie”, “Baby” and “Catty”. Thank you to the team at Heavenly Pastures for caring for him after he passed away at home 🌈🐈❤️
