What Should Never Appear on a Bill
There should be no charge for talking to somebody, no charge for changing your mind before we collect, and no charge for asking us to explain something twice. If a pet dies at home in the middle of the night and you want to ring at four in the morning to ask what to do until daylight, that is not a chargeable call.
