With an individual cremation service nothing else is present at any point, and ashes come back for that reason alone. A communal cremation service puts several through as a group, and no household receives anything afterwards. One small team handles both, to a single standard. Only one of them leaves you anything to bring home and there is no reversing it later, so the choice is worth making deliberately rather than under pressure from anybody at all, ourselves included.

House collection is how we normally work rather than a concession granted on request. Pick the hour and that is when somebody comes. Nothing requires preparing and nobody living there should be taking any weight. Most streets here have space to pull up and a clear path to the door, which keeps the whole thing simple and quick.
